Need some help in coming up with the initial UI and graphics design for a website with a new concept. I would require the person working to sign an NDA for confidentiality purposes.

Should be physically present in austin or willing to travel to austin to constantly meet with me. If you are in San antonio, I dont mind driving and meeting up with you in san marcos.

Here are the expertise I m looking for:

If you have worked in cakephp, that would be considered additional qualification.
