jjeffryes @alexweber Try/Catch doesn't work in this case. I did some digging, it's a bug with the UILoader component. The solution turned out to be writing my code in a way that avoids the whole issue. 2009-08-21 13:58:16 UTC

jjeffryes %ActionScriptDevs I'm setting .source to a default image when my UILoader returns an IOError due to the requested image not existing, but this prevents the COMPLETE listener from triggering when the default image loads. Has anyone encountered this? 2009-08-19 17:17:07 UTC

djnr @jjeffryes I still use as2, there is still a lot of stuff you can do with that one, and the reason not to upgrade is because once you move on you cannot go back, and it took years to get to a very advance level to start over. onenterframe @slaidemedia @mikeluby 's code should do the trick if you need to move back 1 frame at a time... otherwise you will need to jump to certain frames. You could do that by creating an array of the key frames then moving thru it. You also may need to change gotoAndStop to gotoAndPlay 2009-03-26 11:39:26 UTC
